1. Free Shipping All Over Pakistan 🇵🇰
We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on every order! There are no delivery charges regardless of where you live in Pakistan.
2. Payment Options & Tax Information 💰
To comply with government regulations and offer you the best value, we have two payment structures:
Prepaid Orders (Recommended): Pay in advance via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash and enjoy 0% Tax. You only pay the product price shown on the website.
Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose to pay at the time of delivery, a 4% Government Tax will be applied to your total order value.
Savings Tip: Choose Prepaid at checkout to save 4% on your total bill!
3. Order Processing & Verification
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
For COD orders, our team will call you to confirm the order and the final amount including the 4% tax.
For Prepaid orders, please share a screenshot of your payment on our WhatsApp (03496000284) for immediate processing.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 6 working days.
5. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided upon request so you can follow your order's journey.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. Please ensure your provided phone number is active so the rider can reach you.
