Refund and Exchange Policy
At Kids Plaza, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a toy might not be exactly what you expected, or you might want to swap it for something else. Our Refund & Exchange Policy is designed to be simple and stress-free.
1. 30-Day Exchange & Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a refund. Whether it's a change of mind or a technical issue, we’ve got you covered.
2. Easy Exchanges
Want to swap a toy for a different model or a different category?
Process: Contact us at 03496000284, and let us know which item you would like instead.
Condition: The original item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Price Difference: If the new item is more expensive, you can pay the difference via Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer. If it is cheaper, we will refund the balance to you.
3. Full Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and do not wish to exchange it, we offer a full refund.
How it Works: Once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, we will issue your refund.
Payment Methods: Refunds are typically sent via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 working days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged toy or the wrong product:
We offer an Immediate Exchange at no extra cost to you.
We will pick up the wrong/damaged item and deliver the new one simultaneously (where available) or ship the replacement immediately.
No Shipping Fees: Kids Plaza will cover all delivery charges for faulty or incorrect items.
5. Conditions for Refund/Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following in mind:
The toy must not show signs of wear and tear.
The original box and all accessories (pens, chargers, manuals, etc.) must be included.
Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Flash Sale" are eligible for exchange only in case of defects.
